Hmm. You went in full color for this one. I'm a bit iffy on the art for this one. The colors just seemed a bit too bright and I'm on a darkened monitor (due to age). I like your monochromatic stuff because it establishes mood better and I have a big thing regarding contrast which do so nicely in black and white.
Was this hand colored and scanned or did you use painter classic with the water color tool?
Still piss funny. Pun intended.
Oh my goodness, they DO all look the same!

There was, admittedly, a certain dark creepiness to the greyscale strips. But churning out tinted greyscale strips week after week was taking its toll on me.
I was looking at the few character portrait strips as well as the guest strip by Freddy and after doing last week's Buck Cake strip I decided it was time for change and so I've decided to go with colour.
I'm using Painter Classic's watercolour brush to colour the comic right now. It's faster and cheaper than using real watercolours to do the strip.
I'll be trying different colouring techniques until I find one I like, but I am rather partial to the organic feel of the watercolour brush.
