Is it an object that could be found when searching through Untitled! ?
ok, since it's partially made of metal, is that
more than 25%
more than 50%?
Hmm... hard to say. Are we talking mass, weight, area, what? You know I suck at math.
is it a heavy metal (iron/steel)? No.
is it a light metal (tin)? Yes, it's a light metal.
is the other part vegetable matter? No.
is it animal mater?
Does it move?' Is it bigger than a boombox? No and no.
Anyway, is it a toaster with toast inside? Nope!
And if "no", does it use electricity at all? Nope!
But it's found in "some peoples kitchens"... ? I suppose. Though you see it more often in stores, I imagine.
Is it a pair of boots? Um... no.
Is it a utensil of some sort? Nope!
Is it annoying? Depends on who you ask. *I* think its kind of annoying.
Is it canned cat food? or sardines? did you know I had a cotton ball? maybe it's wasabi(sp?)?wasabi inna can!..? Nope! None of those.
Is it really, really ridiculously good looking? *lol* I dunno! Again, depends who you ask! (Devon says yes, even though he doesn't know what it is.)
Could it be a gun? "Eat leaden death, demon!" Clever, but no, sorry. ;)

Keep guessing!

Does it have moving parts?

Can any part of it burn?

If you hit me on the head with it, would it break?
Or would my head break instead?

Is it painted?

Is it normally part of something else?

Could it be considered more than one object?

Is any part of it a can or tin?

*shudder* I live in the same town as the person who recorded the actual song. But, you'd never know without that bit of trivia, so it's okay. :D

That's odd -- my post from last night seems to have disappeared, or perhaps Page 4 has disappeared (it's happened before). I guess there's only one way to find out:

Ah-ha! It was the disappearing Page 4 ploy! Disregard!

Is it.... spam? Or did someone already ask that? No, it is not spam, nor any kind of canned meat.
Does it have moving parts?...Yes, but they don't move by themselves.
Can any part of it burn? yes.
If you hit me on the head with it, would it break?
Or would my head break instead?
Um...I think your head would win the battle, but it would probably hurt, too.
Is it painted? Um, I dunno how they do it, but yes, it has some kind of printing on it.
Is it normally part of something else? Um... occasionally, but not always.
Could it be considered more than one object? Not unless you wanna get really technical about it. Guess it depends on how you percieve it.
Is any part of it a can or tin? Yes.
Is it a soda fountain? No.
Is it a Hampster Dance CD? *slaps forehead* No no no....

Anyway, keep going, guys, you're on the right track!

Is it an opaque, dark soda (ie: Coke, Dr.Pepper)?

Is it a clear soda?

(it could be neither, (like Mountain Dew) that's why I ask :) )

It's pop to us Mid-westerners, and in the south they call it (even bigger cringe) coke. Yes, everything to them is "coke." You have to specify Coca-cola if you want a coke. And like you mentioned, out west they seem to call it soda.

Dr. Pepper is one of the first soft drinks, invented in 1885.
Pepsi and coke were both created before 1900.
7-up was created about 1930.

I use the terms interchangeably. :)

"soft drink" "soda pop" "pop" "soda"

bubble and bubble
toil and trouble pick a name
simulate acid

Ah, now we're getting somewhere.
Is it Mellow Yellow?

PS: I'm in Colorado, and we've always called it pop, but personally, I think "soda" sounds a lot more sophisticated and.... stuff. Not that I drink the stuf anyway. (H2O, whoo!)
