This is getting VERY old

For nearly two weeks now, my comics have had no updates. For longer than even that, my logs page hasn't changed either. My site won't update at all when I ask for a full update. A few people have given me advice on how to repair this, and I thank them, but so far nothing has worked. I have e-mailed Nate three times in the past week and a half about this and have gotten no response whatsoever. I know Friday there was a server problem, but that was Friday, and doesn't exactly explain away the rest of the time before I have been ignored. Keenspace is a wonderful service, for everyone else, that is. But the longer my page stays up with the comic for Tuesday the 6th and I am unable to even post a message on the page to say it is down, the more readership I am going to lose, making this free service and all it's benefits rather pointless for me.

I still love keenspace and all you guys rock... I won't be going anywhere else.My problem revolves around the fact that 4/5 of my readers come from the fishandworm.com domain which hasn't been available, and I've been receiving no response on whether anybody's going to bother fixing it.There's no way to contact the .com readers... by the time the problem's fixed, I'll probably have lost them.Oh well. It's okay, Keenspace rocks! It still does... thanks for doing the work so quickly. Hey Ben, nice to hear I'm not the only one with problems. However, I'm gotta disgaree with you. Right now, Keenspace does not rock for me. In fact, Keenspace is begining to suck. I'm not going to pretend that I'm enjoying this service anymore, because I'm not. No updates for two weeks and little response from the people who are supposed to fix these things can do that. I've said "Please help me" and "Thanks in advance" and all that jazz, and I got little aid beyond the kind folk here in the help center. I know the majority of people are happy with Keenspace and probably wonder why I'm BSing, but for me this service is worthless if my comics can't be updated. I needed this problem fixed nearly two weeks ago. It hasn't been.

H.Joe:I took a look at your account. It appears the problem is that you named your indextemplate the following:indextemplate.htmLNote that the very last character is an uppercase "L" while the rest of the filename is lowercase. The file must be named "indextemplate.html", all in lowercase. Let me know if you have further difficulty. Sorry for the slow response time.------------------

It's very odd, Gav. But when I looked at the logs page tonight, it had finally changed. I had figured you'd fixed it, but maybe it was just frozen because my updater was "jammed." Speaking of, THANK YOU, MERCIFUL SAVIOR! My page has FINALLY CHANGED! Whew! I can post new comics! Anyway, I'm not TOO thankful here, considering the wait, but spilled milk and all that. I could kick myself for missing that capital "L" in html.

Keenspace is case sensitive...took me a while to figure it out, made me REALLY mad and frustrated the first time I was uploading an image with a slightly off address. I was pulling my hair, etc, shouting "What's wrong?!?!?!? You don't LIKE that picture?!?!?!" at the computer.Then I realized the problem in capitalization (Photoshop defaults a JPG extension, capped) and fixed it, and felt stupid. ------------------
