Don't worry, a place I worked at had FOUR 'Eric' s, two "Derek"s and a "Cedric" in the same office space.

That was an ... Interesting ... experience. Two of the "Eric"s shared the same last initial. (not with me, though)

Well, we know that Tobi #1's name is pronounced toe-BEE-as. I would assume that that Tobi #2 is pronounced with the american spelling of toe-BYE-as?

Hm. maybe we should refer to Tobi #1 as Tobi, and Tobi #2 as Toby?
