I forgot my password! I can only sing-inta my account cause I have the thing saved in the list-but I can't update or..do anything...really....and I changed my e-mail since is there any way I can get a new password/ access my old one? meep...

ok, normally this'd be messy since you don't have the old email account, though an admin could change the password for you
however somewhere here i have an old program that you can run, which will show you your password:

btw although i've used it and nothing bad has happened to me because of it, i can't take responsibility if it somehow messes up your computer, etc.
the choice is yours, you can wait for an admin or download the program and do it yourself

It's more likely that they'll just change the e-mail for the account and let you get a new password yourself. You can e-mail help@keenspace.com if it isn't taken care of.
