So here it is. My forum. Yippee.

This will have to serve as my main "announcement" thingy until I gain moderator status (which may not be for a while, unfortunately).

You can probably already guess the ground rules for this forum. No excessive profanity, no offensive material, blah blah blah. Basically, just have fun and don't kill anything.

So that's about it. Blah.

Keenspace has a little problem at the moment (actually, they have about a zillion problems, but one in particular is affecting me). For some reason, the person who creates the comic forums can't assign moderators. Needless to say, this sucks royally. I won't be able to moderate this forum until the problem gets fixed, and Keenspace is having so many problems right now that there's no telling when that will be done.

Maybe you should've tried to get a forum at TWC. I tried that, still waiting for a reply or something. Actually, I do have a forum, but its got pop-up ads and very large ads on the tops and bottoms of the page, so it really sucks.

Yeah, its too bad you don't want to tell us your messenger info (if you do have a messenger) or else I'd probably message you for no reason. I'm just weird

As problematic as Keenspace can be, I really like its automation service (perfect for webcomics). I suppose this moderator thing isn't really a HUGE problem, after all. Nothing I can't deal with for a while.

Yeah, theres only, what? Four people here now? We all seem like nice enough people, so I guess there won't be any problem with anything. Yes, keenspace's automation service is good, too bad I'm using Angelfire. Oh yeah, people can make me fan comics now, hooray. I guess its not like it'll happen.

Speaking of guest/fan comics, where was it that you said you got your little images from? I think I saw it on the links page but its not there now.. or something.

At least my site is still on there. I just gotta remember to plug yours in addition to the links (not like the links are really plugs, though) every now and then

I got my sprites from http://supershyguy.tripod.com/. Nothing hugely fancy, but it's not like there are a whole lot of SMB sprites in the first place.

I don't really want to give away the ending to Fireflower that I have planned, but let's just say that the comic will eventually end. By the time the brothers reach Bowser, I'll probably be bored enough with this that I'll be ready to move on to other things, like...playing badminton. And weaving. I've always wanted to weave something.

Besides, I'd really hate to be, like, forty years old, still making comics about freaking Super Mario Brothers.

No, seriously, "Sticky" just means that it will stay at the top of the board, under the announcements. Unfortunately I can't make any announcement posts until they make me moderator, so this will have to do until then.

What happens if some guest abused the privalege of the stickyness. Since you can Moderate your forums, would they be stuck sticky until you could?

Eesh. Well...yes. It's not a huge deal or anything (especially since not many people seem to be posting anything in the first place). Once I gain moderator status, the forum will most likely be cleared off and totally reorganized. Maybe by then people will actually start posting stuff.

You could always find some other forum if you absolutely needed to, or at least that's what I'd imagine you'd do, but as we have all said it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Now for faces....
