Before I get i real start on my comic,I need to know what's the best(and cheapest) coloring tool most artists use. Here is a poll. You have 20 days to answer.

The best thing to happen to some people,is Resident Farmer. The best thing to happen to me is cel-shaded graphics and translated Japanese Anime. Whoo-hoo!

Gimpification
Go on out and pick up a copy of gimp.. and by out I mean jump around the net for a bit. It's free and it's just like Photoshop(minus the 600 bucks the bleed from ya)... well at least give it a try.

I use Photoshop, but yeah, you shouldn't have forgotten GIMP.
