Yes, the form is clear and easy enough... except for one situation:
How should I handle it if the comic is a collaboration? I write the script, my friend in England draws the strip, then she'll send finished strips to me to put up, since most of the week she can only use the library comp... ^_^;
Quick question About Signing Up For Keenspace
Whoever is most computer literate and has the most Internet access should probably be the one who's email address is given. There isn't anything special needed for a collaboration, just when you make your webpage, you may wish to include that more than one person makes the comic (as you seem to want to do~).
Looking at the Keenspace list of comics, I see some are done by more than one person. My guess is to just, in the "Your name" field, put "John Myname and Jane OtherName", of course replacing them with your names. This, to my knowleage, will display the authors correctly in the list of comics.
The page you make for your comic should include the credits of both of you; the field in the signup form just indicate information on the list of comics.
