... who needs anything more than pencils?
(certainly BJ does not!)
Excellent!
peter
ps: just thought I'd voice my appreciation -- at least when it comes from me, BJ will know it's not for the elbows or any other anatomy parts

i love the look of these sketchy strips. they're very expressive.

I like the energy in sketches. Now if I could only get far enough ahead on INKING, I'll be okay.
Allan, here's a secret: I'm not all that worthy myself.
------------------

I love the facial expressions in the aught-seven-thirty strip. Especially PB's "stoopid" face in panel 1 and Jackie's eyes in panel 3. Excellent work, BJ.
Berke Breathed said in one of his introductions that he always liked his pencil sketches better before the ink "civilized" them. Looking at this, I get what he means.
JIM, (I feel like that about my exclamation points when I write)
------------------

Yah, I really like Jackie's eyes in the third panel as well. =) I like Caryn's expression in the third panel, too. I was half-expecting a 'homina homina' from her in the fourth, hehe.
We'll see what happens tomorrow!
-PsychoBlonde

Thanks, guys, for noticing how long it took me to get Jackie's eyes right in panel 3. It's a good mouth, too, so that helps.
Too bad about Jackie's Robotech hair in the first and third panels. Lotta wind on that bike, I guess.
------------------
