Fireflower - a goofy Super Mario Bros. sprite comic. Because I can't draw.

Enjoy.

That looks kinda fun. I love videogames -- modern ones, sure, but my first and greatest love is for the 80s classics, SMB included.

Your first comic was hysterical. Simple, elegant, and to-the-point. The second one was all right, too -- nothing groundbreaking (it reminded me very much of the strips about Garland in 8-bit Theatre), but still good for a laugh.

I guess it's still kind of early to judge your comic, but I really liked the first one (back when I played Super Mario games I really HATED those damn plants ).

The second one is ok. It takes a long time to load on my 'puter, but it's probably just my PC acting up again. While I was loading it, I was expecting an end like "Aren't you even going to TRY to escape?" and I must admit I was kind of disappointed with the ending.

I'm going to read some more of your comics before confirming it's cool, but you're off to a great start!
