how do you get your comic on the list?

For discussions, announcements, non-technical questions and anything else comics-related or otherwise that doesn't fit in any of the other categories.

My webcomic http://www.movie-comics.com has recently been added to keenspace, but it isn't listed in the directory or on the list of keenspace comics on the main page. What do you have to do to get a comic on the list?

thanks,

-Dave

I have been told that you are more likely
to get a direct hand written reply from God
himself then you are to see your comic show up on the Keenspace list.
I have had mine for about 3 months and its
not there yet either.
I guess they are working on getting that list updated but fixing the repated Keenspace crashings and other tech troubles come first.

That List they have seem to be massively full of non existant strips and comics,
So of coarse there's no chance that regularly posted strips wont make it on to that unweildy tome..
entirely unintentional, what with just trying to keep up with the other stuff.
Good luck Techies...

And it's down today, again. And I am really reconsidering to move my site to a local provider.
And, yeah, five months and I'm still not on the list!

We apologize that the http://www.keenspace.com list is not up to date right now. We are hoping to have an updated list soon. At this time, though, you can go to: http://cerror.keenspace.com/keendex/index.html confirm your comics existence. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

I've explained a few times already that the http://www.keenspace.com lists are on the keenspot server and thus have no way of being updated by autokeen (which is on the keenspace server.)

The Keendex is based on the actual directory structure of the keenspace server, so it's not dependant on autokeen, but is also a bit buggy (crashes a some browsers for no particular reason, pages being too large IMO) and shows some incorrect information (mainly the "first comic" of comics tends to be confused by other files stored in /comics and /d directories)
