I know almost all of you read all three JoBeth.net comix, but how come the only forum you use is mine? Joey's forum has been full of cobwebs for I don't know how long now, and the JoBeth forum only gets new posts when we do something horrible to her.
Do you hate Tonja Steele or something? We're talking some low self-image, here. JoBeth we don't mind, though. Just want to know your feelings on this.
------------------
I'm a slave to karma, I'll be coming back--yeah I'll be coming back--but for the last time.

It's the curse of ordering!!!
When I hit the 'Space forums, I go through them in order from top to bottom. That means I hit Floor 13 first, then Sporkman, then you, then JoBeth.
Then I forget to check the others. (Sometimes including my own, not that anybody ever posts there)
Also, there's a cumulative effect. All the generic posts have beengoing here in the JF forum, so if I reply here and it appears in all three fora, why repeat myself? Even boosting post counts won't improve my title. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/wink.gi ... -Michael
------------------

Honestly? JF is really the best JB.net comic. So a lot of traffic will be directed here by default. Secondly, it's at the top of the list. People are gonna drift to the easiest forum to access. Thirdly, JF simply breeds the most discussion. It has the most rabid fans. TS, while having a goodly amount of readers, doesn't really have talkative ones. Some comics just don't generate forum activity. Hell, the only thing keeping my forum alive is a display of sickening cuteness.
I think that about sums it all up. As for my forum browsing, I really post on very few boards as of late. And really, the JF board is directly under mine, so it's not too much of a hassle to hit quickly. It's all about convenience. JF is directly under my board and at the top of the listings. The other four FTT comics are all centralized in one area on the middle of the list. Steph's forum and the FTT's are next to each other down below.
Altho, like I said, I don't post too often anymore anyway. And if I do, it's long convulted posts like this.
------------------

I love Tonja Steele! If Jobeth.net was candy, Jackie would be "Sweet" and Tonja would be "Tarts", and Jobeth would... um... probably be the wrapper.
I dunno, maybe it's because JF updates more than the other two, or something like that. The ordering thing that Mike mentioned earlier might have something to do with it too. Sometimes I just forget to visit some forums.
------------------

Laziness. Sheer, unadulterated laziness. I used to post in all three all the time, but since I got real busy (and wasn't even around, gasp!), I cut back on my posting. Now that I'm semi-free again, I've been posting here for the most part. I still read TS every tues/thurs, but I guess I just haven't gotten around to posting there. =)
Doesn't mean I don't wuv Joey, though. Wuv 'oo! *gags on the sheer cuteness of it*
Anyway. =)
That's why!
-PsychoBlonde

Actually, to be totally honest I just like JF more. I don't have lot of time so I read what I can, and it comes first! JF is really down-to-earth for a comic. It appeals multi-dimensionally. Who hasn't at one time or another experienced a situation played out by the characters? We relate to JF and so it becomes the first topic of discussion. JB and TS are funny sometimes, or I can relate occasionally, but I identify more with Jackie.
(Or it could just be that we're all brain-washed by the Evil Guinea Pig!)

To be honest, JF is the only one of the three I read. It's not that JoBeth! or Tonja Steel are *bad*, it's just that they're not up to my standards. Also, JoBeth! doesn't have enough of a plot to warrent discussion, and it's discussion of plot (and, in the case of the Avalon forum, fan pr0n of the characters) that leads to the nonsequetorial conversation that we all keep coming back for (Sinfest's forum is a fluke). Frankly, I think that JF is good enough that it should be on Keenspot proper; it's far better than a lof of the strips there, and its art quality is among the best I've ever seen. I can't see an animated Sluggy Freelance TV show, as much as I love the strip; Acid Reflux might work in terms of plot, but the art just isn't good enough, an animated Ozy and Millie would lose a lot of its charm; and so on - but the world *needs* Jackie's Fridge on TV every tuesday at 8:00. Don't ask me why, it just has to be on tuesday at 8.
Um, okay, so I digressed. So sue me.
No, wait, I wasn't being literal!
------------------
