Sorry guys, cannot take the pressure any more. I will have to think about this for two weeks at most, but read on:

Due to time constraints I'm having and the fact that I'm can't draw, I've a proposition:

Someone else can be my artist while I do the site layout and stuff (you can contact me on changes). Your credit will go to my site page and I will give you a space on the page for you to rant.

That's right, you get extra credit for doing the drawing. Requirements:

a) Drawing style must match mine or be better (manga style is okay)

b) You gotta be very patient and be willing to work at least 3-5 days a week (and be used to random updates though I'm very likely to give you all the plots).

c) You're used to drawing even the bad stuff that my comic seems innocent in comparison. Nor are you afraid of my terrible humour or any part of my comic.

d) You are actually free to draw how you like, unless I remind you of how the thing should be drawn. Static scenes are okay and needed once in a while.

e) You just wanna do it! (And if you decide to take a vacation, I will handle the drawing)

I'm being serious about this. Loosen up my time a bit; it's the humor and the story we wanna keep, y'know.

I don't suggest advertising this on keenspace, for the following reasons:

Most people who come to this forum have their own comics

People with enough talent probably want ALL the credit>

I don't know anybody who would take this offer, sorry dude.

Yeah, you might be more successful asking around on an artists' network or something.

Wanted:

Multi-talented individual to write, draw, ink, letter and upload comics, maintain web-page, administrate forum, promote comic, clean kitchen, walk dog, pre-chew food, scrape barnacles and jump in front of bullets.
Of course, I'm the one that isn't JP Sloan or Jim North.

Uh well, thanks guys. It's not that I'm untalented, but I'm seriously too tired to take care of it. But I'll eventually find someone or find my own way out of it.

Why don't you just update less frequently? Take more time between strips, maybe go on a hiatus while you take care of the more important things, get a little "me" time. So long as you provide some sort of sign that you're coming back, your fans shouldn't mind at all. It works a lot better than entrusting your baby into some stranger from the forums. I certainly wouldn't want to do that. Just a suggestion, though.
