As Moderator of my forum board, do I have the ability to delete or edit posts I feel are not suitable for my forum board? Or to ban people so they cannot post?
If so, how do I do this? And if not, when will such ability be added to the code for the forum moderators? Just being able to view IP addresses doesn't do much as far as I can tell.

I believe you can edit, delete, create, and reply to any post, but you cannot ban users. You may also have the ability to close/open threads too.

Well I'm not a mod, but I'm aussming you have control of topics through check boxes placed beside the threads in your forum. You check a thread, and then there **should** be a dropdown with options nearer to the bottom the of the page.
As for the editting and all that, I'm assuming you just go edit and do whatever.

It won't let me edit other people's posts as I do not have the proper password or account name to do so. Actually it states password. If I *could* edit posts, I'd be quite happy as I could just remove offensive content. I've figured out how to lock threads and delete threads (or even move them, but where to move them to, I don't know). And for now, I think that'll do. I just wish I had more control over offensive posts. (And it appears the Troll has given up for now, though *no one* has posted in the forum board so... *chuckle*)
