Waitin for Password

I've been waiting for the big happy email of goo-ness with my password and other info for my Keenspace site for a long time. I know that the site is at least up a bit cause paucey.keenspace.com works. Anyway, I did that request-password thing on that site, and it's been more than a day sicne I requested my password and still nothing yet. I can see that my page is up, I know I put in my email addy when I signed up for the page, and my email addy is a free online one (http://www.dbzmail.com to be exact, cause I'm a big DBZ nerd ;P). So...what's up? When can I, like, expect my goo-ness of password email and stuff? =)

i can answer that one actually, since I used to have a DBZ mail account (even though I think the show is a bunch of horrible garbage compared to most other anime) and kept using it because I was too lazy to find another online e-mail til a little while ago. anyway, I had the same problem and it seems that Keenspace doesn't like dbzmail, I had to send off an e-mail requesting a change in the e-mail they sent my mail to and requested the password again before I got it. I can't remember what address I had to send the request to, but it was probably help@keenspace.com, and they told me what to do. anyway, I know for a fact that there's at least three other posts in this forum that say exactly where to send your requests

Verify that the site you requested exists, all keenspace sites (with a few exceptions) are username.keenspace.com with username being whatever the username you signed up with is.

If it exists...

If you need a new password, goto http://siteadmin.keenspace.com/newpassword.html

After that you can change your password to whatever you want at http://siteadmin.keenspace.com/cgi-bin/memberlogin

Well...I already said in my original post that my site exists, and I even gave the address of it. And I also said that I did that "request-password thing on that site", which was referring to the site you mentioned...so...yah, thanks anyway, I did all that, it's been two days, and I'm still waiting =)

Chigger said that it has trouble with your DBZ Mail, so that seems to be the problem.

My suggestion would be to e-mail help@keenspace.com...

yeah, I suggest signing up for a different e-mail service, if only for dealings with Keenspace
