account or for ether Keen forums, *TRY AGAIN*. It should go through,
and you should receive it faster than you've received this e-mail
(Yahoo is being very slow at this time). If you do not get one, send
an email to help@k... with the subject "FED-UP DOESN'T
OVERNIGHT PASSWORDS TO MY ISP" and include your user name, your ISP's
domain name, and the name of your ISP. Our Abuse Admin will wrangle
with the ISP.
On a further front, we are finally getting the User information change
page back up to full functionality. Yes, soon you will be able to
customize your passwords -- and soon as in "1-2 weeks, pending greater
problems".
And finally, due to Yahoo! being rather slow, I must regrettibly say
that help via help@k... may be slow due to this (these are
forwarded to a not-quite internal maillist of Wranglers and Admins). I
hope to also futher train the Wranglers -- I may have to enroll them
into Penguin Wizardry 101 over at Hogwarts.
