Page not showing up on the Keenspace list

Do you need a certain amount on your page before it'll become listed on the entire keenspace list?

The list is on a different server; it hasn't been updated for months.

There was another list that gets updated like every 3 days. Forget what it was, Kisai knows.

Updates every 1-5 days, depending if the server has gone down recently.
