It's a rather nice coincidence that Middehoffenpock and Yahtzee have the same mask.

I think it's a fairly generic psychopathic-killer/hockey mask. They sell them in stores.

At least it's not one of those damn "Scream" masks. Everywhere I look people seem to be discarding the classic hockey mask for one of those.

Aye, hockey masks just make the wearer so much more evil, because the mask has no expression at all but is nevertheless usually considered rather mundane. That was until J.V. came along and made the mask his trademark, of course. The same principle applies to Michael Myers' mask, and I think in Urban Legends 2 the killer had a fencing mask, which is again using the same 'mundane expressionless sporting equipment' effect.

The idea is that emotionless killers are far more scary, like how hannibal lecter could get all violent and his pulse would hardly raise at all.

I've seen Scream masks which have a thin plastic layer on them, inside which fake blood flows when you pump a small pump inside your hand.
How lame is that?

Now if they did that with a hockey mask, then they've got something.

What you want is a hockey mask coated with wax on the outside, then when it gets hot and melts a little bit you'd look real scary.

I'm a big ol' fanboy, as I keep demonstrating all incessantly, but, once more...
I loved the strip about the mask.
