Someone else mentioned this was happening for them in another thread, too: using my Storyline dropdown navigation bar at http://amazons.keenspace.com just keeps linking back to http://www.keenspace.com instead of the appropriate /d/"date".html page.

Is this a server-wide problem?

My entire code:

Prologue (Sketches & Designs),/d/20020204a.html,02/04/2002
Unearthly Delights,/d/20020310a.html,03/12/2002

I think the problem may have something to do with the fact that those .html files don't exist. I tried loading http://amazons.keenspace.com/d/20020310a.html and got a 404.

I'm not an expert on the use of the storyline tags, but people usually have problems with them when the code used doesn't match what really exists.

Another problem, when using the & sign make sure you typed it in as & not just & otherwise the browser might not have predictable behavior.

I don't see anything else wrong unless maybe the files are missing.

Nope, it still happens with this code:

Prologue (Sketches & Designs),/d/20020204.html,02/04/2002
Unearthly Delights,/d/20020310.html,03/12/2002

I'm getting 404's for both of those pages.

Those pages are there, and it doesn't have the problem that's plagued other people's dropdowns - the source code looks fine from what I can tell; It seems to me like the problem lies with the way the Autokeen's processing the requests.
<B>Don't Panic.</B> - Hitch-Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, Isaiah 43.

Okay this is going to sound silly, but I think it's because (for some inconsistant reason) that the date in the dropdown has to be month/day/year AND has to match the date in the filename (which is YYYYMMDD ... though I really don't see why.

Alternately you can drop the date from the dropdown.

I'm looking at the examples in http://members.keenspace.com/storylineprimer.html and a few examples from working dropdowns and it indicates that the date needs to be consistantly MM/DD/YYYY in the dropdown at the end of the line.

Oh yeah, there's one other factor.

I was getting one other /d/"date".html page mysteriously appear. It was for late December 2001, which is weird because the site didn't exist then. There was no image appearing for that date, just the little red "x" logo.

I deleted the page, and THAT'S when my current problems started.

Does anyone have any idea at all? Red Wolf?
