I'd like to try a big story again sometime inYou are. Thank you SO much for this storyline! Puns...innuendo...outright yiffing...more puns...*chyrrrrrrrrr*![]()
the future, but I have a feeling that really
isn't ever going to be my forte. I really
admire online comic artists who can tell
those kinds of wonderfully intricate stories.
I really get a kick, tho, out of having my
readers know they can find something that'll
just give them a nice little lift when they
visit my comic page.

Oh please do consider another involved arc, your boinkberry arc left a lot of threads dangling that I'm dying to see tied upI'd like to try a big story again sometime in

You do a damn fine job at involved plots and character development, please don't sell yourself short. I'll bet your boinkberry arc was way up there in the Keenspace hit list as a matter of fact, and it wasn't just the cameos that keep people coming back, it was the cool character development and your great art work.
You've also got a spare thread or three dangling in your Twink and Winkle exchange with Karma - any chance you guys would be willing to run with those characters any more? Lots of cool potential is in that concept too, be fun to see you two run with it.
You could even put T&W into a boinkberry part II story line and have a lot of fun doing it I'd think. I for one want to know more about the gods of yiff for example. They've basically said "Hullo, nice to meet you!" but a lot more cool stuff could be developed along that plot line.
In any case, thanks for everything you've done for us

I agree. That story seems open for him to develop further, but closed for now, so he can take his time preparing for it when he wants another big story.

And there's another pun.On 2002-03-10 01:49, KatEllis wrote:

I'd certainly hoped that I was... I seeOh please do consider another involved arc, your boinkberry arc left a lot of threads dangling that I'm dying to see tied up![]()
the work of my fellow Keenspacers and Keenspotters
that I admire beyond words, and that (coupled
with my desire to do something special for
my really close circle of artist friends) got
me thinking along the lines of an extended
story where I could lay some groundwork for
not just characterization (which I always
strive for) but a whole world for them to
interact in. I guess it was the fact that
I've never tackled anything that big before
that leads me to think that I was in over my
head. I do plan to work more with both the
major elements of the big story, though --
Boinkberries and the beings that allow
themselves to be thought of as the 'Gods of
Yiff'.

understand all those graphs and numbers they
give Keenspace artists to evaluate their
readers, but they did seem to be higher for
awhile there. What I want to do, more than
anything, is to create things that I can be
proud to put my name on. Which means giving
my readers my best shot at all times. When
experiments such as my Boinkberry story turn
out pretty sucessful, I'm really happy. But
I want there to be plenty of stuff for them
that I *know* for sure I can do, like my
shorter 'gag-based' stories, so that if an
experiment doesn't go well, the strip won't
hinge on just that alone.
I'm still hoping that Karma will find time toYou've also got a spare thread or three dangling in your Twink and Winkle exchange with Karma - any chance you guys would be willing to run with those characters any more? Lots of cool potential is in that concept too, be fun to see you two run with it.
get back into her art, so that she can come
up with more on Twink and Winkle! They're her
characters and she clearly had some plans for
them - I'd be really thrilled to see what they
are! ^_^

them - a lot more! In fact, what will
be revealed about them will very likely take
place not only in a big story but in the
smaller kinds too! They are a part of the
universe that Yiffburg is found in.
