Who here wears glasses? Or actually...has glasses. You don't have to wear them, just own them. Like, perscription glasses...not sunglasses.

*raises hand* I do. Except I don't wear them a lot...I don't really like them.

Doesn't he look precious guys?

...Com'on, look't that face. The afro, the eyes rolling up into the back of his head....

Just, er, watch your leg. Andrick loves legs...

I wear glasses, yes! I call them "British Archaeologist Glasses" I look MUCH better with them (imho & Gloria's too) The problem is... I have become reliant on them... I can see without them... but not greatly. Enough to drive, enough to do stuff... but not well. I've never lost them, but they are breaking constantly. The lenses are scratched up (from being plowed into the ground by a kite meant to pull a surfboard) and I've sat/stepped/smashed/driven over them numerous times. Still... if I ever get laser surgery (I'm near sighted) I'll still get a pair with no prescription.

Untitled!-- It's a comic strip. No. Really!
And yes, I admit, I stole this sig code directly from Crash, with him standing here so if it doesn't work it's his fault.

Yeah, I wear 'em too...
Can't stand the thought of putting little pieces of plastic in my eyes. How do you do it, Rico?

I've worn glasses since fourth grade.

This is my 100th post, by the way.

Contact lenses here.
But I still wear my glasses too, I simply can't wear my contacts 24/7, my eyes would fall out after a while, and my eyesight is too bad to not wear any seeing aid at all.

Though to the question what looks better I got no clue... I used to wear very dorkish looking glasses as I was younger, you know these with frames as big as dishes, I somehow wanted to hide behind them...that caused me a disturbed relationship to my seeing problems (thanks to other kids at my school and similar).
The glasses I own now have a small frame, and are black rimmed.

Guess I'll have to ask someone sometime to rate glasses-me vs. contact-lenses-me...

I have glasses. I tried contacts for a while, and I hated them.
My glasses are sort of rectangular, with silver wire frames.
I need to find round black frames, like Shostakovich's.

Contacts, woohoo!

I wore glasses since 7th grade, and I still do every once in a while, but the vast majority of my time is spent with contacts in my eyes.

I don't have glasses but my choir teacher told me I need to get them because I can't read the sight-reading board from where I sit.

I've got glasses! I wanted trendy-emo glasses, but I looked like Simon from Alvin and the Chipmunks. And since Alvin and the Chipmunks FREAKS ME OUT, I didn't get them. (Their voices scare the crap outta me!)

I DON'T have glasses, and what's more, I don't even remotely have any need of them. It's weird, considering how much time I spend reading/drawing/computering, etc., but I have 20/15 vision (my right eye is slightly worse than my left, and it gets tired quicker, it seems). *shrugs* Both of my parents and 3 of my 6 siblings have glasses. I guess I just got lucky in the genetic department.
