Hey! I'm closing in on 4rth place comic MidCentral. I'm now only 45 votes behind them as opposed to 100 votes previously.

I might have a shot at finishing the mounth out in 4rth place which is technically 3rd place since Tsunami Channel still isn't a Keenspace comic.

(Keenspace's massive amount of downtime this week really gave them an edge on Strange Candy. It will be neat to see if SC is able to make a comeback in the time left.)

Hey, appearently Tsunami Channel really is a legitimate keenspace comic now. It's just that their banner add points to a non-keenspace mirror.

Cool! That means Strange Candy is getting a legitimate run for it's money (unless you count having a mirror account as cheating).

Cool! only 35 points behind Mid Central in the standings. Mid Central and I are duking it out for third place and Strange Candy and Tsunami Channel are duking it out for second.

Too bad Hard won't sign up for the list then we could see someone duking it out for first against BMB.

I like Annie but I agree that the blow-by-blow descriptions of a fighting game really lost me. After a while, I stopped reading it until that story arc was over. I like the rest of it though. (Oh, and I too mistakenly thought Annie was drawn by a girl. Maybe we're just too quick to assume that guys don't write comics with a female lead. Or maybe it's because the artwork in Annie is very "cute".)

Personally, Ghastly has my vote. The only think I don't like about Ghastly's comic is that it only comes out once a week but it's worth it.

Why would N8 complain about being beaten by Ghastly? I don't know. He might have been teasing. "Oh, no. We're being beaten by a hentai comic! Society is crumbling! wink wink"

Of course, there's always that stigma that hentai comics carry which makes people raised in Puritanical countries (I won't name names but it rhymes with "Shlamerica") suspicious of them.

What impresses me about Ghastly's Comic is that, while it is about hentai, it doesn't rely on sex appeal. It's just plain funny and maybe laughing about sex will help prudes loosen up about it a little.

By contrast, there's Sunday Morning Coffee. Now that's a sometimes good comic with hentai elements but it takes a different approach. While Ghastly makes fun of everything from pornography to... uh... erotica, he never actually resorts to *bashing* to make a joke. SMC has a much more antagonistic style to its humor which might be why it just doesn't often make me laugh.

Annie is leaving Keenspace! N8 is moving it to some Gamecube website. But again, interesting was this comment:

"Everything will basically be the same except no more Keenspace Top 99 list anymore, I suppose. Darn, I've never even been #1 yet. Oh well, we'll reserve that honor for my other comic (another mention!). "

He was mad that Ghastly was beating him, he must be beside himself with rage that BMB beats everyone!

Still, tender age, penis, multiple uses, etc
