Is it possible that Clara herself is the virgin goddess?
She's a goddess (at least in my humble opion) and there's no reason to believe that she's not a virgin... she has no children mentioned.. and her husband was a womanizer.. perhaps he never warmed her bed....
Of course... there are other types of virgins.. hundreds and hundreds of them... she may never have "made love" for instance... or after her operation she may effectively be reborn a new woman... Perhaps its as simple as Tim calling her a "virgin" to something like miont chocolate chip icecream... names do hold power, no matter how flippantly they are givien...
Would Rikk take a part of Clara from her to save his wife?
More importantly. would Alisin accept the extract of her husband's first love?
Its all a theory.... its all i know

Personally, I think that lots of us have been taking the "extract of virgin goddess" bit too literally. I honestly don't expect to meet a real virgin goddess and have to watch Jones collect .. where exactly in a virgin goddess does the "essence" come from? No, please don't answer that.
I took it metaphorically as something very rare, connected with some sort of creature the FiB has in its holding tanks. I'd have thought the same if the FiB were experimenting with powedered hens' teeth, fairy dust, or an isotope of unobtanium. Then again, I'm famous for guessing wrong.

What is this? The Links-game?
I don't know... I'm kinda wondering about a very (well, he said it himself, I went and looked at the post) frisky reaction that Campbell made when I said Athena wasn't all virgin, if you also consider Roman myth, then you have to wonder why he reacted that way... Of course, it may have just been general surprise at what I said...
