Keenspace and Domain Names

What are my options for getting a .com domain for my comic? Do I go through Keenspace first, and get it myself, or just ask them, or what?------------------

You buy the address name (.com, .net. org, etc...) and send Nate or the other Keenspace Wranglers your address. They in turn will give you the DNS information that you need to change on your .com account in order to properly redirect.Once you change that, a week or so later it'll kick in. Use the message board Search function to find older threads with more details on this process.------------------

i was gonna do it a while ago, but then i found out that is costs money. also there's a banner that sometimes pops up on keenspace sites that you can get them from, but they cost money too! oi vey, what a world. ------------------

i recently bounght one from go daddy (http://www.godaddy.com)they were nice and cheep. im just waiting for nate and all that to tell me what to do to get my domain anme (jamieandnick.com)up and running for my keenspace account. ------------------

I got a domain and wrote to the address directed quite some time ago, but have not heard back. Should I write again, or wait patiently and not make a nuisance of myself? I know everyone's very busy.------------------

I bought my domain in November and it's all setup now. If you contacted them in August and it's still not setup you should definitely e-mail help@keenspace.com again! ^_^;;------------------

Blargh. I contacted them in August, and several times since, and still haven't gotten a response about my domain. Come on Keenspace!!

Short Q-and-A on this:You got the domain, and a wrangler gave you the info, and you entered it in your registrar: Check your domain, see if it works now. The DNS monitor broke somehow, so that's one thing I'll be working on.You got the domain, but a wrangler hasn't contacted you back: Wait until Monday, I'll try to get everything up and up.You got the domain, but you haven't done anything with it yet because you fear that we'll charge for it: CONTACT US!!!
