Question...
Normally terrorist attacks aren't of this scale and don't come with an iron clad guarantee of death for any and everyone responsible. They'd be stupid to claim responsibility. This is a demonstration of what they can do, and they are hoping not to get it pinned on themselves.<P>------------------
