I think that the only possible way to make money off your comic is to have it published in book form and sell copies, or sell merchendise from your own webpage.
But I would not worry about asking we all have questions ^_^
maelstrom- www.lolm.keenspce.com

Heh.
I just finished answering this on the Keenspace mail group, but to be brief:
When Keen was doing better, cartoonists that had more than 50,000 pageviews per month received 10 dollars (and 5 dollars for each additional 25,000).
However, ad banner revenue has dropped substantially in the last months, and Keen had to stop sharing the profits, since the money was needed to cover server costs.
But think of the fact that you get free hosting with great features as a wonderful payment -- that's what *I* do!
------------------

Sweet! I'm halfway to 50,000 and going to college. Getting paid from advertising would SO rule.
