Just how long has passed since the comic's plotline began? From Fnar's death to the current point, how much time has elapsed? I don't have any point of reference that I can remember, and there's no indication of how long is between arcs. Also, Hell-time could be different from our time. Any thoughts or answers?
------------------

Supposedly, Time has no existence in Heaven and Hell. As a matter of fact, Time really never existed at all.
I assume that we're looking at the present right now, but it could jump from different time periods. Backward, forward...
It would be interesting to see the way people take Death in the future when they've pretty much abandaned God.
