Now that EVERYTHING is stuck...

As I think everyone knows, Keenspot/space has grown extremely fast which has necessitated a new server. Nate is in the process of moving everyone over to our new server, but it's not an easy thing to do.I think the problems that are happening right now are due to the move. And as soon as the move is completed, things should be running much more smoothly.We really appreciate everyone's patience and, hopefully, the problems should all be cleared up soon.Smiles,

Hey it's Terry!- Hi Terry... Yeah I noticed last week my site was laggy, but it's no biggie, it's still there. My advice to everyone is to upload a few weeks worth of cartoons and come back then, and everything will be normal.-- I think the Keenspace ship has some good pilots steering it, so we should all be ok.I wonder though, will there ever be a KeenClean up, where all the strips that haven't been accessed or updated in over a year or 6 months get scraped? That would probably free up some space.--------------------

Very, very twitchy. I just started my comic, and my index page has vanished. Completely vanished.I'm really not trying to be a whiner, but does anyone have any indication that The Powers That Be are aware of the situation and taking steps to remedy it? I haven't heard any kind of official response at all, and I just want to have some ray of hope that I'll be able to get my index page corrected soon. Even if the comics have to wait, I'd like to have something other than a pure blank white page for folks to look at.--Strange------------------

Sounds good, except that at the time, ftp was one of the things that were stuck. Can't upload a few weeks of comics if you can't upload anything at all.------------------

I dunno. FTP seems to be working if fits. Keep trying every few hours. We finally got some stuff up for out new comic <a href="http://stinkingwolf.keenspace.com">Stinking Wolf</a> last night. No comics, though. Just keep trying.------------------

FTP has been very slow at peak times. Slow, but working. You have to stay at it for a bit...Has the issue with the space been resolved for most? I had that error message once, but it hasn't come back.------------------

I've got several keensites and I can ftp into all of them except one. I know I'm using the right password since I can get to my members page for it. Very frustrating... spent a while on a comic today that I want to upload for tomorrow.
