Crayons? I had to track down the ONE pencil in the house, and sharpen it with a bloody steak knife! I'M NOT KIDDING! The eraser was so rock solid I had to chisel it away until I found something soft enough to actually NOT tear my paper...

No Sour. Twas a joke. : ) The steak knife wasn't "bloody" either, I was just weakly using British slang. Actually, I think that's considered pretty "strong" in the places they use it.
