Massive shift (Newsbox)

I've taken all the newsbox images I could (21 jpegs 58 gifs - 1.17MB) from the <A HREF="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/Forum5/HTML/000091.html" TARGET=_blank>sign up thread</A> and dumped them on the <A HREF="http://gear.keenspace.com" TARGET=_blank>Gear.</A>
What I've had to do tho' is re-name them all to your user names, as a lot of them were the same. So go to gear.keenspace.com/images/newsbox/<username>.<file_extention> (all lowercase) and check that I've got the right name and that it's your latest image. The one's for 'Methodical Maddness' and 'Whar's me brain dude' weren't uploaded as they are bigger than 150x150This is what I've got so far: -Updated-

Cool idea, just a question of course (and as for Neonumbra.gif) it checks out. We'll just go thru you for an image update if when that ever needs be? Lazy, I think maybe the reason is just to cull those that didn't follow the 150x150 rule or just get rid of those people that didn't have their images off site (such as me.. I quit carring about the stats Keen was giving a while ago.. they can't be right) as to not screw up our site stats.But of course I can't put the words in Seven3's mouth. Just the images of him.

Actually, it's quite the opposite. I'm collecting the images so those that care about their stats don't have to sign up to another webhost to get their images off-site, they just give them to me. And it's all in one place, so it's easier to organise and use the images for other things like the <A HREF="http://stalag99.keenspace.com/guide.html" TARGET=_blank>guide.</A>------------------

Common Grounds, Greystone Inn (guigar.gif) and Living In Greytown have all been 'Spotted, so I guess you could take them out. That is, if Chris wants to take them off the Newsbox. It doesn't look like Schlock Mercenary is there.BTW, I despise my image, but that's pretty much my own fault. I'll get you a new one when I can get the motivation to produce it.------------------

Zortic, you've been added (see <a href="#list">above</a>).Chris if you would change the links, we'll have some quietly happy people, and those obsessed with stats will be really happy. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/smile.gif">I've removed the three 'Spotter images, (thanks Matt) not because they'd appear in the 'box (they won't unless Chris adds the code for them) but it saves space and makes it easier to keep track of things.Lazy, I'll leave it where it is as it makes it easier for others to find it and use it for things like the guide.------------------

I just listed some changes in the other thread on first comic dates - you don't have to move my image to Gear b/c its hosted on another server. (Stuff for Burnt Dog Radio).Can someone tell me what the right script for the News Box is? I have two in my files.------------------
