Um, haven't ever used this software. I downloaded shadowirc, but I can't figure out how to configure it to connect into any channel except some mac help channel. The help files for the software aren't any help. Any assistance please?

hey tim, as a fellow mac user i got some advice for ya <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/smile.gif">. don't bother with the java client. go to <A HREF="http://www.versiontracker.com" TARGET=_blank>www.versiontracker.com</A> . it is an awesome place to find the latest mac software updates. you can find some decent sharware IRC clients there. i use Snak which is not too shabby. it's shareware and once you go through the trial period it only works for 30mins at a tim euntil you register... but it's a damn solid client. take it easy!------------------

Somebody founded it, but nobody ever went there (#webcomics was still actually about comics back then). It's probably been recycled due to lack of use by now.#webcomics is still popular, mainly because it's become a porn exchange.

#comicstrips and #netcomics were both founded as alternatives to #webcomics due to op apathy and some personal disagreements--of the two, #comicstrips looks more popular. #crfh caught a lot of the exodus from #webcomics (although it's still tied to CRFH!!!), for some reason, and is very popular. #keenspot seems to be going strong.#elflife and its offspring aren't on Dalnet..they're on Starchat I think. There is an #elflife on Dalnet, but nobody ever goes there.------------------
