Looks like groups 5 got there first...So, when are the OTHER wranglers getting the FTP password? Huh?Group six awaits. And you don't want to piss off Lee.------------------

All the wranglers should all have it by now. If you don't, I may not have your correct e-mail address. Or, you might be in Group 9, which, unless I missed it somewhere, never designated a wrangler. -And by the way, you can FTP a clean copy of your group home page from your workspace/webpages/group# directory, as mentioned above.------------------

I think I've uploaded our first party installment okay, but I won't know fer sure until midnight (somewhere).I did notice a minor eensy-weensy problem. The daily update ont he front page displaces any previous updates, so while I know five is up, oply a message for six is showing. See what I mean? Is there a way the active vs innactive parties could be shown so it stays for more than a day?(crosses fingers and waits for midnight)12:39 pst -- Okay, the site has today's date (Sunday) on it, but my update didn't happen. I FTP'd a short html file that linked to the six site, and uploaded the group six page et cetera...not there. Can anyone capable of peeking give me a clue?

Group 6's pages were updated okay. I'm sorry I haven't been able to find out when the update occurs, maybe we'll figure that out soon. I looked at the site at 3:40 PM Sunday CST, and the site said it was Monday. So I'm guessing you have to have "tomorrow's" stuff uploaded and waiting for update by at least 3PM CST the day before.There is sometimes a problem with folders inside folders, so "images" was just an empty file and your images weren't updated. I manually created an "images" folder, and things fell into place. It should work without problems from here on out.Also, there weren't any changes to the group6.html page, which is where the sign and the links from other group pages point to. So when I clicked on your link from the Party home page, it still said "preparations are underway" with no link to group6_1.html. I made a quick graphic pointing people to your first page, but (of course) feel free to change it if you want. For example, groups 4 and 5 have their latest comic on the group home page, and group 3 has a neat little navigation graphic on the group home page.------------------

I think the site is set to update at midnight GMT, but I dunno. Seven^3 set it up; perhaps he could elaborate. I seem to remember seeing the date on it as Sunday when it was still Saturday here (EST). That's gonna make it a little tricky for those of us here in North America (especially us Americans who aren't used to thinking about anything/body outside the borders of the US). All that extra damn math.------------------

Group 6- Looks like your page updated all right ... and it looks slick!All Groups- I was checking throughout the day, and it looks like I was right; the update happened around 3:45 pm CST. I suggest people use 3PM CST (whatever that translates into for each of you) as the deadline for uploading into your group folder.------------------
