I've heard a lot so I'm guessing this is how our groups popularity goes (in order of most to least)
1.Sweet
2.Fridge
3.Droll
4.Daze
5.Reina
(sorry for the abbrvs.... I go'ta' quit doin' dat... dang)
In other words, a link on each of our sites that week would benifit all. Phewwwww.... I'm thunk out right now...<P>------------------

Big bad and scary is good. Especially when contrasted with ridiculous actions. I don't have any definite ideas on what the other three horsemen should look like, so I say go for it. <P>And I like the stealing idea. Hmm

"The Apocalypse Thingy. Y'know, it starts the Apocalypse and everything."
"And the best name you could come up for it is "The Apocalypse Thingy"?"<P>Matt

here's my prelim sketches of the other three <A HREF="http://hellsweethell.keenspace.com/fourhorsemen.html" TARGET=_blank>here</A>, I have death there too for those who aren't familiar with my version of him. they aren't necessarily to scale. I see War as much shorter than the rest.

Schedule is not a problem for me; let me know how many strips you need and I'll do 'em. But if it's more than three a week, don't expect any creative layouts or backgrounds. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/wink.gif"><P>Also, I've gotta get in touch with Shannon (my webmaster) since he refuses to tell me how to run my own site. And I don't actually have a computer.....<P>Now. What exactly IS the story gonna be?<P>------------------

Allright, I guess we should probably start hashing out the actual storyline. <P>Ok, it's set during a New Years Eve party, right? Since it's being held at Jackie's flat, it probably makes sense to have her be the one throwing the party. We could go for the old "friend invites a friend who invites a friend etc" gag, eventually resulting in the Four Horsemen getting an invite. So we've got the set up done (at least, I think so; if I'm assuming too much, please let me know).<P>So now we've got to figure out some kind of plot twist. Here's what I came up with:<P>One or more of the Horsemen is griping about missing bringing about the Apocalypse at the end of the Millenium last New Years (for one reason or another). Some smartass decides to interject the whole "y'know, 2001 is the REAL beginning of the Millenium because there was no year 0" shtick. Upon hearing this, the Horsemen get ready to bring about Hell on Earth once midnight comes around. <P>Thats my suggestion, anyway. Any other ideas for possible plot twists?<P>Matt

Doominator works just as well, for me. Basically, I think it should be some ridiculous name.<P>Oh, and the sketches are pretty much what I hand in mind. Except for Pestilance, and thats probably because I've never really had a good idea of what Pestilance should look like. Anyways, cool.<P>Matt

OOO OOO!! Can I design the other three horsemen? PLEEEEEAASE?!?! I have an idea to make them big and bad and scary. A later plot thingy in my strip was to introduce the other three horsemen anyway. They had a falling out with death when he gave up a horse for a motorscooter. I don't want to divulge too much, it'd ruin the surprise.

It'd be interesting if whatever the magickal thingy that the 4 Horsepersons use to bring about the end of everything disappears.<P>Say...a certain pickpocket feline named after a Mexican entree.<P>------------------

Ok, here's what I think.<P>We divide the storyline into 4 parts...
Since it's safe to say we won't hear from Dell, we'll have to work with what we got. After we have the storyline developed, we decide who will draw each part, i.e. BJ would draw part 1, I'd draw part 2, Pyromancy would do part 4, and Mirober could do part 4... it doesn't have be that order or anything. If the storyline can't be fit into 4 parts ( I don't think it can) we'll do 8 comics, and have a thing like this...
Part 1:Pyromacy
Part 2:Mirober
Part 3:BJ
Part 4:Me
Part 5:Pyromacy
Part 6:Mirober
Part 7:BJ
Part 8:Me
Once again, in no specific order.<P>Now let's develop the plot... we're all agreed on the plot so far... party at Jackie's...horsemen arrive, get foiled, etc... any other spefic ideas we need to know?

I would like Toady to be drunk and disorderly, he's in the universe's worst middle management position and he needs to let his hair down. Also, I'd like Satan to be the typical greasy '70s slimeoid pickin up on the chicks. I mean, he is wearing a leisure suit after all.

I can see him hitting on Ada (everyone does) or Melissa (who is, of course, married). Just the possibilities for creative put-downs are intriguing.<P>And what's more--to give Satan the brushoff!<P>I like the 8-part idea, but how do we do all this? Is it say, I draw the second and fifth strips and they get shuffled into the chronology as drawn by the rest of you guys? And how are all these gonna be hosted?<P>I mean, if the Jackie's Fridge site updates three times weekly, and I'm only doing two Party2k strips, how does that work? Or are the Party strips hosted on a completely different site, independant of each of our regular strips?<P>Forgive me if I'm slow, but my head's full of snot; I've been sick for the past week.<P>------------------

how bout this, we'll cooperatively write a storyline and then break it into segments. Let's keep respective places, like in the first grouping whoever gets the first slot gets the first slot during each segment. I think we should keep the horsemen toward the end. Maybe introduce Satan and Toady and Death about the middle like, say, fourth strip and the horsemen come in at the end of the fifth segment.

I'm not sure what to do here... are we sharing storylines with each other? or are we just doing our own thing around the party setting?
