Actually, we use an 's' to spell laser, just like everybody else. If you ever see "lazer" chances are it's either (a) a copyrighted or trademarked product name or (b) written by an ignoramus. Not that (b) isn't distressingly common in this country.<P>Personally, my ancestors aren't English (or from anywhere near England), but I understand.
