This is a Charlie Brown moment.

That tale left me with the distinct impression that she's an only child.
Cousin? Could be, I suppose. But she'd have to look exactly like Alisin did in octohell. Possible? Sure. But a cousin who looks enough like Alisin to fool Rikk, who just happens to dress that way? Enh. I don't see it.

Good call, skyrider. It explains why she's dressed the way she's dressed and carrying a bag: If she'd decided to leave on her own terms, she'd be in full goth mode, giving Rikk attitude. If she's trying to straighten herself out instead, for Rikk, that could lead to her dressing like a good girl and going to try to reconcile things with her family.
*scratches head*
I can't come up with anything better.
This line of speculation also leads to another possible candidate for one of Alisin's worst enemies: Alisin...

------------------

I suspect it's her showing some last bit of respect to her family - or else she's trying to please Rikk one time before going off for this latest round of 'Lab Rat Hell'.
Of course, she wouldn't be doing this if it weren't for Rikk, so he's got that to still feel guilty about.
------------------

I had one hell of a belly laugh this morning, this scene was just as good if not better then the Rikk vs. Dave fight.
Thanks a lot, and it is good to be close on a prediction.
------------------

Oh man! Alisin is going to spend the whole summer with Rikk and his parents!?
As Annette Funicello!?
And she realizes that they won't have much of a chance for sex for the WHOLE FREAKING SUMMER!?
That, my friends, is true devotion.
Though I think Rikk is worried for Alisin. Though this is certainly a test for Rikk and Alisin; do they really consider themselves married and are they ready to claim their full status as adults? I mean, Rikk's parents might not approve, and might not want Alisin in their house (and might not want to support Rikk if he insists on his "marriage"). That's their right, but it's Rikk and Alisin's right to live elsewhere if need be and find jobs to support themselves.
Woah. This could be very interesting with much possibility for character development.
--Tuscahoma
[This message has been edited by Tuscahoma (edited 09-06-2001).]

I hope Maritza is following this thread and noticing the positive response to the predicted parents/girlfriend conflict, because I want to see Dave's parents' reaction to his gun-nut not-yet-a-girlfriend.
