I'm in too! I've already sketched out "Canadian Winter Doug"
I'm bored. Could someone entertain me?

Help me come up with a clever title. Bi-Keen-i kinda wrote itself, but I'm not finding any puns that come so readily when it comes to winter apparel. "Keen Wonderland" is pretty simple, but not very funny. And I refuse to spell Winter and Keenter, because it doesn't make sense.

Anybody?

Ummm... how about "It's FreaKeen (ie freakin') Cold Out!"?

Forgive me, I'm tired and my creativity juices need a top up

Just Cold Keen... Keen... Cold Cuts... Keen Cuts. No. Un... Winter Keen, Keencicles... Keenguins.. COLD HARD KEEN (it's like money). WinterSpace... Coldspace... IceSpace (like the IceCapades?) Space Invaders... (hmm... already been done). If you bundle in layers, the "Wicking" layer is the one closet to your skin (thermal underwear! long johns! ow ow oww!), but it'd take forever to explain WiKeen without confusing it with Wiccan or Weaken or something. I think I like WinterSpace2002, but that seems kinda long.

I like WinterKeen too, though it does seem a tad long...
erm... FrostSpace maybe? Skeen-Doo? I'm really reaching here, and keep coming back to WinterKeen... Though I like the sound of Keencicle 2002

Gah... I can't think of anything special. Ice Breakers seems fine to me... or if we can't make a pun on Keen, how about something involving Space? Or... Thin Ice... or... "FUCK IT'S COLD!"

Heh, I'm drawing TPE's Anubis in the snow. Building a snow mummy.

This sounds like fun, count me in.

saganaki's idea "FreaKeen Cold" is nice but maybe too long... I'm no good at thinking up names. Wasn't the original called "Keepsot Summer"? Should we go with "Keenspace Winter" or "WinterSpace" than?

My main character has been running around in a peacoat and gloves for half the strip.

Would anyone object if I threw in some *real* cheesecake instead of a parody pic? I'm sure I can think of a way to make a parka sexy...

Ummm...As the resident (and maybe only) really conservative guy here, I was kind of hoping that because it was a winter thing, this wouldn't be an issue...

(Not that you all are dying for me to make a submission, but I thought I ought to say something.)

Icebreaker... what? What do you mean it happened? Do you mean someone already did what we're planning, and I missed it? Or is that url already taken by the wacky adventures of 404 man?

Actually, the icebreaker thing happened a year or two ago, I think. Considering that most of us here now haven't been around that long, w weren't involved. I wanna see a winter pinup gallery with modern 'Spacers, dammit!

Hmm... well, so much for it being an original idea... but regardless, shouldn't it be annual? What happened to the site/people who were in it last year?

Dunno, I saw it only once, and that was quite awhile ago. I'm honestly not sure who was invloved, let alone what happened to them.

Maybe Reinder could fill us in?

hardware: Well, I think we all know the real reason Keenspot put up Bikeeni. It's a way of suckering drooling fanboys into subscribing. They may have just as well called it, "Keensturbation."

If WinterKeen is a parody of un-revealing winter clothes, I'm all for it. I'm just debating what I should draw.

I can't do this at work, but has anyone tried the Wayback machine? If my memory serves me correctly, it's at http://www.archive.org

Sure enough, there was an Icebreaker2000 according to the Wayback Machine Internet Archive thingey. Dang. And here I thought we were being really original... Bah! This one is designed like the old site, I say we keep it up, and even if we don't carry on the tradition of "icebreaker", we can keep up the parody, design the page to look like the 2002 bikeeni thing, have someone rate the "babes", blah blah blah, etc etc. Go team.
