My scanner is acting up. I get huge stains on the scanned images that aren't on the originals or the glass. If I scan the same image a few times, the stain gets larger and darker.<P>I only hope that this is a kind of temperature-related problem like you get with photocopiers. In that case, the stains would stop appearing once the heatwave ends. Otherwise, I'm seriously inconvenienced although I can always scan somewhere else - I won't be able to schedule my work, just when this is even more important than usual. Damn damn damn.<P>------------------
