Hey kids! Just got myself a comic going (http://dorm106.keenspace.com) and I'm having a bit of trouble getting it started.
I'm sure you get this a lot, but I can't get into the site manager. It doesn't recognize my username. I can get into the ftp alright, and provided that you tried the link I mentioned earlier, you can plainly tell that the webspace is working.
No particular rush, really. I don't have any comics as of yet. Only reason I'm bugging is because there's 2 feet of snow outdoors, and I'm bored. Anyways, thanks in advance. If you need any more information or whatnot, let me know.

It should accept your password and username through http://members.keenspace.com/username (you can figure it out, right?)
If it does not accept it there, check that you have the right capitalization (all lowercase) and that the password doesn't have any extra spaces in it.

Well, I tried that link, I entered my username and password, and now I keep getting 404 errors. I inputted the correct name and pass, and all that. And it's still not accepting it at http://www.keenspace.com/cgi-bin/memberlogin

Yeah, I too am a new comic man and it won't let me log in to change my data. I also need to know how to edit my site, you know, via html. What part of the member site do I go to to update and edit my site? and is there any way to not have keenspace auto update, I plan on keeping up with my site my self?

A lot of people are having that problem. Bear with it, it'll get sorted out.

Hey, I had this problem a couple of hours ago, now, suddenly. It's all good again!
Nifty, I love problems that fix themselves.
