New user, unable to change password or run update

I'm a new user, as of today. I was able to connect to my Member Homepage page without difficulty, and I'm also able to connect to the FTP site (with Dreamweaver 4 on a Mac). However, when I click the button to change my password and the authentication box comes up, my password doesn't get me through that one.<P>Also, even though I was able to FTP my files in (and I'm reasonably sure I followed the ***tag*** directions properly) when I try to make the site update through the Site Maintenance page, I get a 404:<P>Not Found
The requested URL /space-bin/add2aklist.cgi was not found on this server.<P>Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.<P>My comic will someday be at snowball.keenspace.com.

The change data, new password, and logs are all on the olds server (we've just moved as you may have heard) so none of them work for now.<P>As for your updater not working; this is the sort of thing you <a href=mailto:help@keenspace.com>tell the Wranglers</a>. It looks like they haven't updated the 'new site' generator - your site maintenance page is pointing to the old server. <P>------------------
