Login Problems

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I've tried to login to my account through the keenspace main page yet it keeps telling me i'm entering a bad password but i can still ftp my site. I find it very weird that i can't login through the member services. I know i'm entering the right password, i keep checking it and i always make sure the caps lock key is on. I'd really appreciate some help because i want to update my comic but i can't because i can't get into the members section. Is this a common problem or did they maybe get rid of my account?

You always have caps lock on? Is your password in all caps? If not, make sure to type it in the casing that it was given. (ie AbC is different then abC or ABc)<P>------------------

LOL,oops i meant i always keep it off. I use the shift key for the letters in caps in my password.
