Hi I'm Leroy. And I'm bored. Okay so now I will ramble on and on.
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are hot. This should not be. I will never have them. Worse yet I will never have them both at the same time. Even with my mad DJ skillz I will not have them. (wait.. I don't have mad DJ skillz. yes you do! do or do not there is no try! a can of soup; a meal in itself)
Other women I will never have but should: Princess Peach, Yuffie Kisaragi, Pixy Misa, Christina Ricci, Lunch (from Dragon Ball), Lum and/or Ran, Rutee (from Tales of Destiny you twits!), that chick from that place with the cute eyes, Verena and/or Vanessa (Dune's vocalists), or Yum Yum.
Did you know?: Not having a job SUCKS! n.n
Did you know?: Dan has a 12 inch .. fireball!! Yeah that's it!
Did you know?: Jim Tarpley is a known animal molestor! n_n;
Haiku: Yummy blueberries; blah blah blah Matt Greenfield; Jujubebeju!
The sun must be stopped at all costs!!
People are stupid. Example 1: Somebody actually played Final Fantasy 8. Example 2: Somebody thought that Robbie dressing up as Leroy in the comic was an error on the artists part. Example 3: Some fucking gay shit licking whore slut dookie ass game about whore bastard homoerotic fireworks sold many many more copies than Jet Grind Radio. Example 4: See example 3.
Donuts are god.

"quick Leroy, we're running out of space... All is paper board, chaos encroaches but I shuffle and prevail." Yes... donuts are god. However food in general would be nice to have in the apartment. I think one of my fav haiku's was pauls "there was an old lady who lived in a shoe, blah blah but then the bitch died" You could have the Olsen twins.. you'd just have to take out Aaron Carter first. Of course I think taking him out would probably be the only thing I supported you on as that matter goes.

Hey I'm bored too, so I'll say some stuff. Leroy, your comments about Mary Kate and Ashley (sounds like 3 people to me) were very disturbing. ^_^ I liked BB Neko's new word "wimmenz." Hey Leroy, did you know that Mary Kate and Ashley were at E3 last year? Of course, I didn't see them because I was too busy dancin' with Ulala. Ha ha! Just teasing. Actually I was probably at the Humongous booth playing Putt Putt Joins the Circus when Mary Kate and Ashley were around at E3. But Acclaim still has the license, so maybe you can see them there this year...provided you can arrange to get to E3! Ha ha ha!
I feel your pain about not having a job, Leroy. It's even worse when the Commission for the Blind tells you they have to stop paying for an employment agency to help find a job because they're cutting funds. I hope the whole temp thing at Frito-Lay works out for me.
Hey, be nice to Mutt!
And hey! You're not dissing FantaVision there, are you Leroy? Because if you are, I'll have to send over the Ridge Racer lady to beat you up and eat all your cereal! Ha ha!
I am just too silly tonight. Sorry.
--Klonoa

No more crack for Klonoa...
Hehe, I kinda like 'wimmenz'.
I don't even know where the hell it came from.
Ah well.
I'll add that to my list of cool things I've said today.

i dont know if u guys mentioned this somewhere but lets not forget the big N makes EVERYONE sign nda's so its no wonder we havent heard much about games from sega or anyone else. they are coming im sure of it. microsoft wants its developers to anounce stuff to gain some excitement for its unproven system. is it just me or did anyone else love it when yamauchi bitch slapped square when they came crawling back? muhahahaha. . . nintendo doesnt need them now there are a number of rpg companies making games for cube now. imo ps2 is already out of it, sure it will hang in there but when cube and box come out its over for that pile.

Still bored..
time: 3:30am
food: none
love: none (none wanted either!)
activities pursued today: Torneko Dungeon Maiac Mode, Paper Mario, Dogma, Did my taxes, listened to some phat tunez, mistakenly ate Jujubes, clizzeaned the kizzitchen, gandered at many pre-shinku art Robbie did of us.
Okay it's time to burn!
Dude.. the almighty haiku!! Shuffle deez nuts into yo mouth BEEEOTCH!! Alright so now I must find a way to take Aaron Carter out before April 23rd, when my new jizzob starts, or extended July 13th; the girls 15th birtday.. the older they get the less I want them (no officer i'm NOT serious!) That little bitch is gonna drop faster that the earnings of Battlefield Earth.
Senoir Woodham, to thee I post these words of wisdom. Mary Kate and Ashley at E3? I know I have pictures of them form there!! SO cute they are I want to take them home and give them a bubble bath!! That gives me an idea.. if they ARE gonna be there (I'll know since I get thier magazine) I will infiltrate and set up them the bomb!! Then I will hold the event goers hostage in exchange with the girls. "BUT LEROY!", you will say (god i love angela anaconda) "Wouldn't that be a dishonest way to gain the love of those you hold so dear?" ahh yeah I guess so, I'd like ya know.. want them to love me since I'm so cool and hot and stuff, and like chicks dig guys that can crack 200,00 on Pac-Man. Plus I got mad DJ skillz and um, WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT. Fuck love thems bitches is mine!! Love has failed me once don't gonna let it happen again SNOOGANS!! uh oh.. it's time for...
Mauro Picotto interlude:
Save our soul, save it now for a better life
Time to break because time is flying on and on
But if you want to believe in a better life
Find a way, try now, come together with a smile
Save our soul, save it now for a better life
Time to break because time is flying on and on
But if you want to believe in a better life
Find a way, try now, come together with a smile
Save our soul, save it now for a better life
Time to break because time is flying on and on
But if you want to believe in a better life
Find a way, try now, come together with a smile
Ahh.. taken from Picotto's Save a Soul or Megavoices Mix version of Komodo. (: Good song.. fucking sweet progressive trance!
Ah the job thing.. I am like 90% sure I got a job but it starts on April 23rd.. so that sucks major ass, I'm helluva in debt now (well not helluva, just kinda slighty.. minimal debt.. yeah) and um.. I''m FUCKING BORED!! no job, no school, no girlfriend, all I gots is my video games and DVDs man.. not that that is a BAD thing mind you. Tho I did my taxes today and I am getting a $769 refund baby. That ought to hold me out til I get paid.. O_o
Okay I'm not really "dissing" FantaVision, I just needed a lackey for my comparison. See if I had said "Dude, Madden 2001 outsold JGR" everybody would be like, "So?", "Duh!", "No shit sherlock" see that is pretty obvious as Sports games hold a good portion of the market in the US (I admit I'm getting hooked on Sega's NBA and NFL games recently) so I never said it was a bad game, just using it as a beacon to demonstrate waht kind of grip Sony has on the market I so much love. Here's to Nintendo and/or Microsoft killing the PS2!!
Speaking of.. methinkgs Sega is becoming XBox exclusive.. I mean, already Jet Grind Radio Future, the next Panzer Dragoon game, the new action game from Smilbit (lords behind JGR, mind you) and another game are going to be XBox ONLY!! And Metal Gear Solid 2, the PS2's only REAL saving grace is getting an enhanced version on XBox.. and now I hear that Square is dual PS2/XBox (tho I hate them so I love this news) That leaves Namco as the only big supporter left on the PS2 as far as I can tell. Capcom is ready to drop PS2 support, and Konami is close behind them.. my dreams of Sony's demise from the market just might happen!!
Now Nintendo, what a great company! But they need to get thier shit together with Gamecube like they did with Gameboy Advance!! They also need to not try and run the Gamecube as thier "Franchise" system, ie: think about this.. if not for Pokemon (and maybe a little bit of Mario and even a little less of Zelda) the N64 would have been dead AGES ago.. Come to think of it, the few great games for the system aren't EVEN Nintendo but 2nd Party!! Kirby -> Rare, Mario Tennis -> Camelot, Paper Mario -> Intelligent Systems.. what the hell? Didn't Nintendo used to be GREAT programmers? They are least were responsible for the Zelda games? Anybody? And while I'm at it.. Nintendo seems to have alot of 2nd parties under them, the 3 mentioned above and a new one "Brownie Brown" (ex Square people.. making a Secret of Mana style game for Gameboy Advance) I know Sea has alot too I can only think if Smilebit and Am6 right now.
What I'm saying is that Nintendo can survive this game if they get thier head out thier ass!! Gamecube looks like an awesome machine and it uses sexy 3" DVDs for games!! How fucking cool is that? I'll probably have to get an XBOX since Sega is behind the machine, and once some juicy games are set in stone for the Nintendo I might get a Gamecube too.. too early to tell anyways, but Sega.. man.. they are a big sell to me (and I know Mutt too)
ugh.. too much ramble for now..
Wait.. ya know.. right now there is only one thing that can make me buy a PS2:
Dragon Warrior 8..
So.. what new system do yo uhave your eyes on and why?
Me.. right now is XBOX, putting the little anime kiddie "MS is evil" shit aside, (also noting that THAT MS and the people behind XBOX are TOTALLY seperate..) here are my reasons: 1) read the green XBOX EGM issue, the shit in there is what lit my interest when I read it in Canada. It will also destroy any assumptions that XBOX is just going to be a PC that play games, quote from the article "It's game system, that's all it is!" it's been happening that the 2 (console and PC) are getting closer, I mean.. since Dreamcast has a modem, mouse and keyboard, what makes it less or more of a "PC" than XBOX? Just because XBOX's storage unit is a few million (actual number) larger than Dreamcast's.. hmmmmmm.. anyways regardless these guys are out to make some serious gameage with this machine. And that's what I need. Read the article if you can. 2) Sega.. this is what pushed me over, before hearing the news today I was split down center.. XBOX/Gamecube ??? What do I need ??? These guys have had a shitty time in the console game but they are all about games. Look at the Dreamcast in it's faded glory. I am almost sure that in the system's short life, it has deposited more QUALITY games thatn the PSX ever has.. half or more BY Sega and thier subparties. um yeah those are really my 2 reasons.. tho reason 1 could be put into the Nintendo market I am sure, as they have stated that they are gonna kick it old skool with the GC (see that's why I was split 50/50)
The biggest thing here is that the XBOX will need to gets its feet into the japanese market, there is where Nintendo will have the advantage. So really.. really now.. it's STILL hard to choose (except that whole Sega thing hehe) and I think this wave of gaming will be interesting to watch if ANYTHING. Tho I dislike the notion that I'll probably be buying 2 new game systems this year (3 if you count Gameboy A) oh well.. I'll buy and support both to play my role in Sony's defeat!! Who farted?

*Yawn* Morning everyone! I'm up an hour early. 6 instead of 7.
Leroy Leroy Leroy Leroy Leroy! Shush up! You talk too much! Just kidding! I also talk too much. See?
Leroy, you played Paper Mario? Whatcha think of it? I likes it, myself. But what do I know?
As for Mary Kate and Ashley being at E3 this year, no one will know until about a week before the show actually starts. The game companies like to do things that way I guess. Unfortunately for you, Leroy, I did not see Mary Kate and Ashley at last year's E3, mainly because at that time I was probably at Tecmo's booth trying to decide wheither to get my picture taken with Monster Rancher characters or Dead or Alive 2 'wimmenz.' Monster Rancher won in the end, though, because I felt sorry for those kids in the costumes standing all alone while the DoA2 critters were surrounded by hordes of horny gamers. If Mary Kate and Ashley end up being at E3 this year, I probably will miss them as well because I'll be over at Nintendo's booth eating snow cones and getting a booth babe massage.
You know, there are a lot of celebrities that make appearances at E3, and I've met some of them...sort of. I never talk about them because my encounters with people dressed as video game characters are much more interesting. One year Fox Interactive had Agent Scully at their booth to show off some X-Files game that year. The line to see Agent Scully (I can't remember that poor lady's real name) was very long so I just stood at the end of the line and hopped up and down until I could see the top of her head. Then I said "Hi, Agent Scully!" in a loud voice and ran off to go play some more games. A lot of game companies bring sports personalities and athletes into their booths, but I always miss them. Except one time there was this poor race car driver in some no-name booth sitting all alone with stacks of unsigned autograph pictures. I felt sorry for him so I got his autograph. Somewhere in this room is that guy's autograph, whoever he was/is/has been.
I've also met a lot of non-celebrity celebrities. Famous people in the video game world. I talked to a character designer for the Putt Putt games for over an hour one year. Jeff Minter, the creator of Tempest 2000 was at E3 last year showing off Tempest 3000 for the Nuon DVD system. I said 'hi' to him but he just ignored me and kept on playing Tempest. I was sad. I almost was going to meet the creator of the Mr. Driller game but my Namco friends couldn't find him at that moment.
You know who I'd really like to meet at E3? This would be my ultimate goal. Shigeru Miyamoto. I don't know what I'd do if I actually met the guy. Part of me wants to bow down on my knees in front of him and worship him like a god. Another part of me wants to punch him in the nose for making games that wasted a good part of my life. But if I really did meet Miyamoto, self-control would probably prevail and I would neither bow nor punch him. I'd probably do something reserved like shake his hand and say "Nice to meet you, will you sign my Mario Kart necktie?" and then I'd walk away like a giddy schoolgirl.
Yeah Leroy, that's right! You'd better not be dissing FantaVision! If I ever catch you having different opinions from my own again, I'll have to tie you up by your ankles and make you play Big Bird's Hide and Speak while hanging upside down. Fear my empty silly threats!
As for Sega and the Xbox exclusive thing: don't jump to conclusions just yet. Sega hasn't made all their announcements yet! Sony can't make a first party game to save their lives ('cept for Ape Escape and FantaVision). They should've called it the Namco PlayStation when it first came out! I bet the reason why Namco hasn't signed onto the Xbox is because they're more of a tight-knit Japanese company than Nintendo is! The PS2 sucks overall, but I still like mine because it was a Christmas present and now I can play Klonoa 2 when it comes out. Yay.
I hope Nintendo (with help from Sega) kicks everyone's asses! They've done everything right so far with the GBA, except for cutting the American system supply in half. Don't pull a Sony, Nintendo! Of course they won't be pulling a Sony because they're supposed to have the other half of the shipment in two weeks later. With Nintendo shoving the GBA down our throats, it makes me wonder how the GameCube is coming along. And unlike Sony, Nintendo CAN make first-party games. Mario 64, the Zelda games, heck even a lot of the non-first party Nintendo games with their characters had big input from Nintendo themselves. But Nintendo would be nothing without their second and third parties, though. HAL with Kirby (I'm sure you didn't mean to say Rare, Leroy), Pokemon Snap and Super Smash Bros. Rare with Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie, DK64, etc, Hudson with the Mario Party games...blah blah blah. Did you know Intellengent Systems (Paper Mario) also did the Fire Emblem series as well as Tetris Attack/Pokemon Puzzle League/Panel de Pon?
As for Xbox, I don't know enough about it yet to make a judgement (tech specs do not success make). Same goes with the GameCube. And I don't think Microsoft is evil. I rather like that company myself, me and my conservative ways. If anything, it would be nice to see an American-made console succeed, considering the last time that happened was with the Atari 2600.
Now I must go and get ready to start the day! Later!
--Klonoa

Oh oh oh! I almost forgot something. Nintendo does have one thing that nobody else has. Dimitri. Dimitri is a character in the new Zelda games coming for GBC. Dimitri is a Dodongo. Link can climb on Dimitri's back and ride him around and let him eat bad guys. Is that not the coolest thing? I had a goldfish in college named Dimitri. My roommate Nathan's goldfish was Siegfried and his girlfriend's pet lizard was Sheilah, named after my mom.
--Klonoa

Paper Mario is awesome!! I will be sad because today will be my last day to play it and I am only just about to get the 2nd Star. It's great in so many ways, tho I do think there is way too much speaking and talking.. a bane of modern RPGs, and IMO makes it hard to focus on the game. Even if the story is progressing well, I am playing a game either way and talking to shroomheads for 30 minutes before I get to kill something is painful!! But it is a brilliant game, and much more Mario than the first Mario RPG.
Oh I know.. Sega is not exclusive Xbox yet!! They are still doing some titles for PS2, lots for Gameboy Advance, and even some tenative plans to announce some GC stuff! However they did say that Xbox was thier big choice right now because of the push of online gaming that Sega has been in since the Dreamcast, and with the Xbox's broadband modem and harddrive, it's the logical choice. Well I kinda liked the Spyro games but those were made by a 2nd party, whom I can't remember right now. OH WAIT they are "Insomniac" (how ironic) yeah Cary if you want to know why I didn't like Pac-Man World is mostly due to Spyro.. PMW just felt like a weaker version of that game, though the Pac-Man characters do give it an advantage.
Back to Nintendo: Oh yes, GameBoy Advance is going to take over the world! And I really do hope Gamecube succeeds, Nintendo is on par with Sega in making great games, both in 1st and 2nd party. In fact, if I hadn't gotten my PSX for free and Street Fighter Alpha, I was originally looking to get an N64 !! Then FF7 was announced for PS and NOT N64 and that was the stone setter for me there (and a decision, while based on something I am a bit embarressed to admit, I do not regret)
And my decision is not set in stone YET, and in fact quite possibly will be both systems tho my pocketbook does not like that idea. I will however refrain from getting a PS2 right now, unless something REALLY good is coming out for it.. like I said, Dragon Warrior 8.
Okay back to XBox: Hells yes to the tech specs do not success make!! But get this, my big lean on the Xbox over GC is the 8GB harddrive. First of all you no longer have to buy (eventually multiple) memory cards. Second 8GB is roughly 8000 times the size of a Dreamcast Memory Card. Third is expandablity. While the Dreamcast experimented with unlocking new stuff in game online they were always IN the game to begin with, you simply downloaded a signal to let the game unlock it. How does Phantasy Star Online sound with new quests being made every month? Or new character, items, etc etc.. then there's a touchy subject.. bugs and patches. Console games are playtested EXTREME because once it's in print there's really no going back..;; Now shit happens, unless I am wrong the recently discovered PK bug in PSO is a bug in the game, which allows a heal spell to give a play negative life (or other words damage) to anybody who's done computer programming knows this is a simple little fuckup. Explain: a byte is a number between 0-255, usually -128 to 128. SOOO say your code says to add the effect of a spell to a character life, well if for SOME reason or other, that value goes OVER 128, it loops over to -128 and counts from there.. REMEMBER the Super Mario 1 extra life trick? Get too many free lives and you die it's game over!! Because after 128 lives, you now have -100something.. you die and it sees you are below 0.. hehe.. um nevermind that.. what I'm saying is that shit happens, now the harddrive allows for bugfixes and patches. BAD PART OF THIS and this could be VERY bad, is that if this practice gets to lax.. deveolpers could let buggy games slip out more often. Why not? You can download the fix later. That is the only real bad thing I can see from it.. and it would suck. 4) okay, Dreamcast has a way to get online and browse and the Xbox will too.. OKAY in Jet Grind Radi oyou acn download a picture and use it in the game. This is fucking cool. now get this, with that storage space, you can download an MP3. And say you are playing a racing game, you can play to your own music instead of the games soundtrack (kinda like that old Ridge Racer 1 CD swap bug.. except this would be programmed INTO the game)!! this is also fucking cool. now at first i though.. hmm interfacing with a harddrive would add a level of clunkiness that would deter from a console style system. then i woke up and realized that its not going to be any different than interfacing with a dreamcast memory chip. everything will be done in the game, or the browser, just like on DC. saving games will be the same, and downloads too.. on JGR after you downloaded a picutre all you do is tell the game you want to use your own tag and it shows you the memory card files, you select the one you want to use. so it wont be any different.. well other than dealing with 8000 times the space (: that kind of storage space for a game console opens many possibilities that. and it is for THAT reason, and the XBox's push for broadband usage; is why Sega wants on this machine. I am guessing first party support may be weak.. MS can make some good shit (Crimson Skies I hear is pretty awesome), but let's see what they plan to do for console style gamage..
Again.. I am split and would like to see either rise up beyond Sony. MS does have my "at the moment" vote for strong Sega support and a good system archetecture (misspelled badly). Nintendo has 3" DVDs.. yummy yummy!! Oh and they better make good use of the Gamecube/Gameboy Advance symbiosm!! Cooooool shit could come from that.. thooo well we shall see..
anywyas my final line in all of this is that, if anything its going to be interesting to see all this shit unfold. will microsoft repeat sony's unheard of folly (ie: a non-video game conglomorate making a system and taking over the market) tho if they do, hopefully it will be under a smarter, gamers eyes. will Nintendo come back from it's shithole and reclaim it's once mighty stronghold as console king. will Sony stay king, and we are all forced to play crappy games on a poorly designed system .. (again) well at least if that repeats there will be a handful of games that will make it okay.. i hope.. and last but not least (oh hell no) will Sega accompish it's goal of becoming the worldwide software distrbutor? sounds good to me they know what they are doing when it comes to making games at least.
enjoy the show.. im fucking tired o.o

Cary I played the new Zelda games on my friends GB rom dumper (which btw I need one for it is a diety-like device) anyways.. those 2 new games are PRETTY FREAKING AWESOME!! But as recent trends show, not even programmed by Nintendo.. tho that doesnt matter they are awesome!! They remind me VERY VERY VERY much of the SNES Zelda, because in both games you are travelling back and forth and back and forth between different variations of the same overworld map. In one game, the seasons change, the other is time. So expcet a shitload of puzzles (yay! use my brain in a video game?)

Actually Leroy, Mutt signs all his guest comics as Jim "Mutt" Tarpley, so anyone who was paying attention would've known who you were talking about in the first place, Leroy. So you are at fault
------------------
