Unable to change site data

Well, just like the subject says I'm unable to change my site data. HAAALP!!------------------

I also can't update my site (change site data?).
I can queue up, wait in line, and then come out, but no new index.html is generated.

Hey, that sounds like my problem, too. I've changed the indextemplate.html and uploaded it to my workspace directory, but the actual index didn't change at all, and it's been like that for about a week.------------------

Hino, nothing happened after running a regular update from site maintenence? Check if you have a copy of indextemplate in your workspace/webpages directory and if so delete it.------------------

Captain, it's a known issue. Given the 'Spaces current state it's been decided to leave that to last - other things are more important, and at the moment letting us change our settings might make thing worse.------------------

I checked my workspace/webpages directory, and there was no copy of indextemplate.html, so that wasn't the problem. I've gotten a regular update from site maintenance probably about fifteen times in the last week, but my page still won't show the comic I uploaded or any of the changes I made.------------------

Yes, It said there's an FTP for uploading, what's the adress? I have a perfectly good FTP program.------------------

Tpau, it will be fixed, it's just well down the priority list. Try the wranglers ( *RedWolf, Neighbourhood Watch, et al. ) they may be able to help.
Why don't you write your password down somewhere safe ( like a a note book ) until you've memorised it?Captain, try ftp.keenspace.com.------------------
