Toga party question

Just to introduce myself, I'm Xerxes, long time Blotto Street reader and inhabitant of a Hall of Residence myself.Damned good comic, Maboo: I'm going to get into trouble in the morning for too much laughter at 3:45 AM.Anyway...My Students Union is planning a toga party in Freshers' Week, and one question occurs to me...Where on Earth do you keep the necessities of an evening out (wallet, cigars, lighter, etc.) in a toga?

Hi Xerxes! Welcome to the board!In my case, I used a duvet cover - which, if you think about it, is just a huge rectangular bag... Anyway, I had so much stuff down there it was almost ridiculous, I wore it with my arm through the buttons on the end, and when I needed anything I had to dive into the depths of the bag and drag it out screaming into the daylight.Mab------------------

Ooh, can I just add another question about toga parties - what are they? Is it just a party where everyone wears a toga?

Something like that. Lots of sheets galore. They have a bad reputation though as being hotbeds of vice.
