Okay, I'm back.

There was a bug in the PHP that allowed spaces in the username, and that's jamming things up. I've fixed the PHP and will have most of the signups processed.

HOWEVER, if you're on this list, you need to signup again, AND NO SPACES NEXT TIME!

I had a bit of trouble with getting the login for the SiteAdmin page to work, but now it's working just fine, only, now I don't have the password I'm using Gmail, would that make a difference? I noticed the post about Yahoo doing it...

Your comic account has been created (it's here). This means that you are not affected by the symptoms listed in this thread.

You should have received the Welcome Email which tells you that you need to set up a password (it's kinda buried in there). Instructions on how to do it are both on the email and here.

If you have any difficulty, start a thread in the help forums and we'll get you sorted.

Also, be aware that the email to confirm the new password can take several hours to show up in your inbox. But if you got the Verification Email and the Welcome Email then the Password Confirmation Email should also arrive without any drama (eventually).

New accounts are now being created, but members appear to be unable to change their passwords. The Lost / New password generator isn't sending out the confirmation emails.

well i seem to be having the same problem as everyone else. I can see my comic i just can't get my password for the siteadmin or for the ftp server so thus i just don't have any means of getting to it and changing stuff at all.

I don't think that we need people's details anymore (they don't help with fixing the password thingy), but until STrRedWolf says otherwise, might as well.

@ seethingdarkness333 - you will have a problem logging into SiteAdmin because your first letter is lower case. See if you can log into here (using your forum name and password): http://siteadmin.comicgenesis.com/

If you can, no problem.

If you can't, then you'll need to register a new forum account, with the first letter a capital. Unfortunately, you won't be able to simply register Seethingdarkness333 since that name is already taken (by you - the forum does not care about capitals, SiteAdmin does).
