She found a ledge and leapt up to it. Happy with the height, she went to maiming guards from a distance.

uhm some questions bout this. Not about rping though just bout the rp itself.

1- is there an out of character thread where I need to post this kind of stuff?
if yes I'm terribly sorry about this post. but I simply can't find it.
2- I've tried to read through the old part but after the art thread I didn't want to risk the remains of my sanity besides I got really confused at the first page. what's the main story so far?
3- is there a free spot?
4- what information do you require about the character?
5- wouldn't it be easier to read this if you don't use your signature?
6- If I join you'll be reading a lot of text. you don't mind do you?

here's a part from one of my rps.

the dream

Al around him was water, he was standing on top of it. a thick fog was starting to roll in from al sides. The fog was chilling to the bone. It was so cold that it hurt, cold enough to make him cry out loadbut then out of nowhere a girl resembling Hazel appeared. She held him. Comforted him then the roles got turned around. A bright flash blinded him next thing he saw was the girl lying on the ground crying. he looked down and saw his own body. Two meters in height. He had grown up. Slowly he kneeled down and took the girl in his arms she put an arm around his neck and rested her head on his shoulder. He caressed her hair, trying to make her feel better. He remembered the calmnes that came over him in that dream. He recognized it.

I went to the first page, followed the link and dug up the rules. so here's ya go:

MUST READ
*takes a deep breath*
Rules: no power playing, no god-playing, no controlling other characters, no threats out of game (only in game if they go with the plot) no sex etc (kissing is ok with Moss, tho. hey there ), no immortality etc, and basic rules of ettiquette apply. maybe. try not to swear. Cursing as long as it's not *too* bad, methinks... moreso if it's amusing no overly descriptive violence that might make someone puke. no out-of game grudges to be carried in-game, and vice versa.
New characters: NO ALL-POWERFULL new people. villians, sure. makes life exiting. new player characters? no. totally throws the game off.
If you're introducing a new character, please put up a character sheet. Because if there is no character sheet, well, there's no character. Everything on your character sheet is considered 'out of game knowledge' meaning that while YOU know it, your character DOES NOT until that character sees fit to divulge the information. Therefore, if you're introducing your character as a villain and put up your character sheet, the other characters do NOT know that your weakness is fluffy yellow chickens.

World: Moss' world. we're starting in a city where the 'pure' Fae are running the humans and anyone they don't agree with underground and plotting a 'mass extermination/genocide'.

i like doing things in 3rd person, but if you wanna do 1st etc feel free, i might even switch halfway through - i have a bad habit of doing that.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalrighty. I assumed you knew most of those rules since you'd rped before, soooooo....

yeah, about the text thing - should be fine unless we have to wade through bushels of paragraphs for you to say that your character blew his nose or something strange like that

anyway, if it gets too long, im sure SOMEONE *looks pointedly at some forumers* will complain/say something ^^ ))

IC: I can't hold on much longer. Galrion was running down a narrow street, behind him twenty guards were running after him. He knew he shouldn't have stolen it but it was the only way he'd get his family hairloom back. Luckily for him they hadn't seen the markings on his face. If these guys knew he was a fae they wouldn't go through all the trouble of trying to capture him, they'd just shoot him.

OOC: it's just an example oh and this was kind of short for my doing. and without a signature it's easyer to read the different posts.
