E, would you mind not reviving month-old threads? Usually, if it's still a problem, they'll have bumped it, posted on a new thread, sent a PM, or given up by now. It's good you're trying to help, but please make sure the threads are recent enough to actually have someone checking back on them. :)
This is going in my notebook titled "Things I Didn't Know about Surface Dwellers."
