it allows you to by pass by givin you a link to the comp you downlaodit to,
and if that one has a filter, so will the circumventor, wich is why i said to DOWNLOAD AT HOME, i would but my grand ma installed like 20 or 30 diferent things to stop spy ware and viruses and stuff...
though i only knew this AFTER i tried unsucessfuly :oops:

no, you dont gett spy-ware or add ware, the tons of programs just mad a fire wall so thick i can only download upgrades to:
Flash player, Windows Media Player, Internet explorer, And Real player....
