He seethed with impatience as he sent the Stone scanning the area. Why couldn't he be stronger! He could have done something to help instead of sitting in a chair. Grumbling, he searched for more of the attackers.
"You've eliminated all your foes in the immediate area, but you only have a minute or two before the next group arrives. I suggest you get moving," he said clearly. He'd seen the female put the rock in her pocket, so he didn't know if anyone could hear him. He also didn't know if the female was conscious...or alive.
A clicking noise sounded behind him. Hastily, he waved the Stone to opaquness, banishing the scene he'd been watching. If this was who he thought it was, no telling when he'd be able to get back to the battle.

Although....

He grinned, but quickly smothered it. Maybe there was a way to hurry this interview.

The best Calisn had been able to do was find some poor dawdler, with rather violently green hair, and tear up his face a bit. Genets have very sharp teeth a claws, and though the shifter resented having to kill, his teeth did find the jugular with quick precision.

That done, he had left the others to do what they could to the rest. The use of magic bothered him, worried him. He knew of sharp wit and teeth, but the twisting of elements was nto somethign he understood, or cared to.

When the group began running, he did to, trailing behind Rey like an unusual looking cat.

(Blahblahblah. I went vacationing and shtuff.)

Rey fell into a trained half-sleep, half-walk as soon as they'd escaped far enough. She heard Calisn behind her and fell back to greet him.
"Calisn!" she squeaked as soon as she caught him.

Sakura was still carrying Jasmine's body as they ran. She tried not to bump the body around so much, so she slowed down to a fast jog. She heard someone coming up behind her and looked to see who it was. It was Xsan, and he offered to carry Jasmine for her. Smiling thankfully at him, too breathless for words, she passed Jasmine over.
