Okay, I've added Special School to the dropdown.
The 10 page/20 strip rule isn't set in stone and is mainly there to weed out 3 page wonders. You're just a bit short but have been updating consistantly for two months so it counts in my books.
Please remember to add the dropdown script to your page sometime within the next few days.

Done, it went up with the new update. Hooray! I belong.Pillywiggin wrote:Please remember to add the dropdown script to your page sometime within the next few days.
Oh, for completeness' sake:
Comic: Special School
Address: http://specialschool.keenspace.com
Author's name: Andy Mason
Superhero: No codenames!
Rating: PG-13
... if I understand the US rating system correctly. Some swearing, comic-book violence, perhaps occasional flesh but nothing so as to be considered "adult". There will always be tastefully arranged wisps of smoke or deep shadows.

I Want to Join This Dropdown
Um, my webcomic doesn't involve necessarily superheroes of the traditional kind. My comic has heroines, and they all have powers, it hasn't been seen yet, however. Still, I think that my site would be a great addition to your dropdown.
Comic: Circle Arcadia: Knights of the Goddess
Address: http://arcadia.keenspace.com
Superhero: The Arcadian Knights
Rating: PG-13

I'd like to join the guardians dropdown. Girl from BOLT is still a ways off from meeting the required number of strips, but our new webcomic Doc Hyperion is ready to go...
Comic Name: Doc Hyperion
URL: http://dochyperion.comicgenesis.com
Penname: no penname, art and story credits on main page
Name of superhero: Doc Hyperion
Comic Rating: PG-13
I went ahead and added the code, so whenever you get the chance hook us up!

Doc Hyperion: added
Circle Arcadia: I'm sorry but I'm going to have to turn this down. I thought about this one and it originally struck me more as fantasy then as a superhero comic. I waited a while to see how it developed but it still doesn't strike me as a superhero comic. This dropdown is aimed more towards the modern/western/sci-fi/traditional superhero genre. I'll edit the first post to try to make this more clear.

Hi! I've checked out just about everybody on the dropdown now, and I'm pretty humbled. My comic's title is Supercreep, (or just Creep). It's pretty slow moving plot-wise, so the protagonist hasn't even got his powers yet (!) but it's a couple over the minimum number of strips, and I'd like to see if you'd accept it:

We're not actually hosted on keenspace as of yet, but that's probably going to change come January.
That's probably a big thing, right?
screw it, the worst you can do is turn the site down.
...
PLEASE DON'T TURN IT DOWN!!!

I've never actually been too picky about that.Nerve wrote:We're not actually hosted on keenspace as of yet, but that's probably going to change come January. That's probably a big thing, right?

Well, with a plea like that... why not?
Make sure you come back and post again when you switch services.
And Kirk could so whop Picard's butt

Hi! I have a question. I've just started a superhero comic and it's nowhere near the minimum number of comics required (only at 5 right now), but before it reached that point I had a question: I'm not sure if my comics count as pages or strips. They're each pretty much stand-alone gags, but each one is a page in length.
I figured I'd ask here; if you think they're pages, I'll come back in a month to try to apply; if you think they're more like 'strips', I'll come back in three months. The link is in my sig.
Thanks!
