We were just watching Monty Python today... coincidence? We think so.
Also, brockway wrote:Minister of Internal Affairs... or shoot for yuri... Hmm... I'll think about it, gotta go to work. Also, I'd like to congratulate Maria and Michelle on their victory. They are the masters of shonen-ai, after all.
:D Why, thankee, brockway (and Mr.Bob, too, of course)! :D

Speaking of which, there's something fun in the works... 8) 8)

While being born in 85 brings me some benefits.... I have no idea where I was going with that.

Damnit, I stop hanging around General Discussion for a few days and all of this happens?
Mr.Bob wrote:So much that legislation has just been passed decreeing that everyone born in 1985 be bereft of taxation and given a castle and a top hat each, as well as a much coveted "No-work" tag when the time for human enslavement arrives.
According to the Chinese system of age, then I began life on October 31, 1985. Huah!

Oh, and dibs on Minister of Living-Deadage.

Nothing until you start buying some fake birth certificates from me!

. . . I gotta stay in top hats and cigars somehow.

What has the world come to when a 20 year old purchases fake ID to be one year younger?

That's a rhetorical question, right? Because Bob won the election and the only way alla y'all are getting out of slave labor is to buy my forgeries. :D

Dammit. Lost out to angel/devil jailbait again.

Well, give me whatever's left. Minister of Internal affairs? I'll take it. (And hey, my next storyline comic is going to be called "Internal Affairs". Coincidence? I think not.)

I just wanted to point out the irony - an '83 ID would get me access to booze.

Or you could join the rebellion, steal all the booze you wanted, and hang out with the cool kids.

Bob promises booze, but we all know he'll never deliver. Not until you've signed fortysix forms in triplicate first, anyway. Why bother with the paperwork when you can just break into the liquor stores, beat up a few guards, and run?

Yeah, well, we can all thank the people who voted for Mr. Bob for that.

Actually, the guy you're looking for to thank is Kirb.

Yes, but remember:

Monty Python Foot > Plasma

It is omnipresent, the foot. And to be eternally feared.

You know, I gotta go with Kirb on that. The foot from the sky is the bane of all things, especially those with great powers. That's the comedy.

Excuse me, I am in charge of Booze distribution, and I asure you that it is readily available, plentiful and cheap. Also, untaxed as it is considered a household necessesity. A month of booze is cheap too, as demonstrated by the anouncement for my S.O.M.A. program.

And wait 'til you see the free (and mandatory) television sets I'm having my researchers cook up as a gift for all loyal subjects of President Bob.

Edit===
I know I'm gonna lose this soon, but this title kicks so much ass that it just deserves... stuff

I am now Sergeant in The Stickman Army, very appropriate for me I think...

Someday, someday I'll finish Confabulation. That day is not today, however.
